The “weathered effect” was poorly done; i bought it for my wife who refused to use it. The wood grain “weathering” was fine, the problem was with the “distressing” technique which looked to both of us like manufacturing defect or accidental damage. Returning it was way too high opportunity cost, so we wasted a couple hundred dollars.
